Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Every department in our organization uses Sage Intacct to handle multi-entity and inter-company transactions.
Pros
- Very intuitive and easy to use
- The dashboard looks great
- Provides a high level of detail available and drill down capabilities.
Cons
- Need to open a ticket before you can talk to customer service. The you get an email requesting our log in information before we can get any help.
- Reports are cumbersome to create. Feels like some obvious reporting capability either isn't available, or maybe it cost more. I'd like to pull up a report regarding expense reports. For example, how much did Joe Smith spend on cell phone bills.
- If there is a way to see this, I am not sure how to do it. But also along the line of expense report Reports - I'd like to make sure that Joe Smith did not charge us for his July cell bill twice. I only know how to do this by manually checking each report.
- Reduced overall operating expenses
- Improved staff morale through ease-of-use and productivity
- We can make faster decisions due to increase visibility
