Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is used for our transactional accounting and budget planning, management and control. The accounting department uses it for everyday work and the management uses it intermittently for budget planning and control.
- I find Sage Intacct to be extremely easy to understand and explore. The layout is clear and straightforward with enough structure to organize our work into useful categories without being too rigid to fix mistakes and adapt to the reality of accounting for an organization where not everything happens the way you would like.
- A small issue would be the Purchase Order module. By default, when an employee edits an account title, the rest of the associated fields reset.
- I would love to have an online community or other support service available for questions. The help files are very well done, but don't answer everything.
