Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Only Finance/Accounting uses Intacct. We use a wipfli connector with Intacct and Concur.
  • Editing journal entries
  • Drilling into entries
  • Ability to build custom reports
  • Online community for knowledge and peer support
  • Quarterly updates
  • Difficult to drill into entries when viewing consolidated financials
  • More examples in the report builder would be helpful
  • Case support when logging a ticket needs to improve. It currently takes way too long to get solutions, in our experience, when submitting a help ticket.
  • Modules are very expensive to add
  • Our close process keeps improving as we utilize more tools that Intacct has to offer
  • Easy to build reports with meaningful data for different types of users of the financial statements
We use multi-entity and global consolidations. Both are very easy to maneuver through but I think reporting could improve for consolidated statements. It's impossible to drill into entries when viewing consolidated statements.
It's very easy to navigate. The updated user interface is aesthetically pleasing. I like that nearly everything opens in a new window so I don't lose where I was before I ran a report.
