Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is being used by all our employees for purchase requisitions and budgeting purposes. The finance and accounting departments use Sage for all areas except reporting. We use a separate vendor which integrates with Sage Intacct for reporting.
  • The ability to have a multi dimensional chart of accounts
  • The ability to have multiple entities with multiple locations
  • Restrictions by user or by user roles
  • The user defined reports structure is complex to navigate
The AP automation has been beneficial in reducing paper in our office. The general ledger ability to reclassify has been a huge time saver.
We use the multi-entity module for Sage to track both our church and school revenues and expenses.
We have several third-party integrations that were seamless integrations.
The not for profit reporting sector make Inacct a good choice. Also, for our purposes, it supports a multi-campus structure for tracking and reporting purposes.
