Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is being used across the whole organization. Our Admin/Ops/Acct teams use it intimately (every day) but our line staff use it on a blue moon. For the frequent users, check request, bill conversion, importing and reports are pulled from it as an everyday task. We're also integrating it with our Salesforce and Nexonia.

Pros and Cons

Ability to customize reports
Ability to memorize reports
Ability to create account groups and report groups
An extensive list of trainings offered

It would be very helpful if we could customize current reports that are available, versus starting from scratch with a custom report.
If Intacct could give us a warning before signing us off that'd be great.
When we're auto signed off from Intacct, it's inefficient that we have to sign on again in every additional tab that's open.

Sage Intacct Automation

We have deeply benefited from this. We all use the General Ledger report daily and it is very easy to customize.

Sage Intacct Extensibility

I have not used the above functions.

Ease of Integration

During the integrations, there was trouble transferring data.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sage Intacct is well suited when I want to add a different dimension to minimize or maximize the detail in reports. The use of dashboards is great for our department heads since it provides a snapshot and can be customized to their likings. Intacct is less appropriate when additional dimensions need to be added that require a customized report made from scratch.
