Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is being used across the whole organization. Our Admin/Ops/Acct teams use it intimately (every day) but our line staff use it on a blue moon. For the frequent users, check request, bill conversion, importing and reports are pulled from it as an everyday task. We're also integrating it with our Salesforce and Nexonia.
- Ability to customize reports
- Ability to memorize reports
- Ability to create account groups and report groups
- An extensive list of trainings offered
- It would be very helpful if we could customize current reports that are available, versus starting from scratch with a custom report.
- If Intacct could give us a warning before signing us off that'd be great.
- When we're auto signed off from Intacct, it's inefficient that we have to sign on again in every additional tab that's open.
We have deeply benefited from this. We all use the General Ledger report daily and it is very easy to customize.
I have not used the above functions.
