Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is being used by the finance and accounting department for GL, AP, and AR. Additionally, we import attendance information, to be used with our calculations of ratios. We have created dashboards so senior management can track key information. It has made for a better system to analyze our information and provide that timely analysis to senior management. It has also reduced our audit time, since we can give them access and supporting documents for our transactions in the same system.
- Easy to create dashboards, to allow management access to key information.
- Reporting is straightforward, and it's easy to create custom formats.
- The ability to import statistical information to be used with financial information for key indicators.
- Since you can create accounts for tracking receivables through invoices, it would be nice to include the receivables account number in the AR ledger.
- Intacct has allowed me to do more with our current staff. It probably has saved me 1 head count.
- The dashboard has saved money by not needing a separate system.
We have benefited from better customer invoicing in the system.
We used to use QuickBooks, but it did not have enough features for our current environment. We also looked at several other systems, including Sage, but only really wanted core accounting with interfaces to other systems.
