Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our finance department is using Sage Intacct to allow us to keep track of client invoices and post cash received. Sage Intacct assists us in month-end reporting as well as paying our bills. The business problems Intacct addresses are any discrepancies in cash received and cash paid out. It also helps us keep our aging of invoices low.

Usability

Sage Intacct is very user friendly. It is to get familiar with all the different modules and their individual functions. Another resource that is very helpful is the sandbox. It allows you to create real-life scenarios without affecting real company data. This is an effective hands-on tool that allows users to gain the most functionality out of Sage Intacct.
