Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct has automated our data entry via the import templates. We previously had to enter all data by hand but now have the ability to integrate with other solutions, as well as our credit cards, to automate the process and eliminate keystroke errors. The time savings has been substantial.

It is very easy to navigate Sage Intacct. The intuitive design of the website makes it easy to get to where you need to be to complete all tasks. If you get stumped, the help feature is available to get you pointed in the right direction.

Support Rating

The support, coupled with the help feature and on-going tutorials, is excellent. Training to refresh or learn new techniques is always available. Groups are also available to reach out to for community support.

Sage Intacct Automation

At this point, we have not benefited much from the automation, but we are working towards utilizing it more as time goes by and we get our entire staff trained in the system.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sage Intacct is well suited to the financial side of our company. We had to work really hard to get it to function for the product side of what we do, but the overall results and ease of use have made it the correct choice to move our business forward.
