Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

In my position, I use it for AR. So, Refunds, creating invoices, applying payments, reconciling the month and cresting deposits, etc.
  • Easy to create deposits with the CSV file function.
  • Easy to create invoices and duplicate previous invoices.
  • Navigating the customer accounts is user friendly.
  • Opening the home services to create a deposit can take a very long time to load.
  • Customer information access isn't as direct as I would like.
  • Easy to see when customers have outstanding balances so we can pursue collecting outstanding balances.
It's very easy to navigate but I wish I was able to access information more directly without having to exit a function and open a different screen.

I enjoy that it's web-based software, so, during the pandemic, I am able to work from home when necessary, but it can take a while to load some functions.
