Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are using it for timesheet filling, description of time spent with details to keep track of budgeting. It's being used by the whole organization and is very easy to use, and effective.
  • Filling timesheets is very easy.
  • Historical overview of task/work completed.
  • Single dashboard for ease of reviewal.
  • Interactive graphs at the dash board should be added.
  • More privileges should be given to the end user.
  • Rows height/length should be adjustable to end user.
  • Postive timesheet management.
  • Reporting of billable non-billable hours.
  • Resource usage across company.
This is an amazing tool and very easy to use. All timesheet details and time management is very visual and easy to understand. Adding entries on the daily basis to keep track of daily work is very simple and quick, and less time-consuming. It's being used organization-wide in my company and very effective.
Overall, Sage Intacct support is very good. Password reset management is automatic and, if forgotten, the password gets sent to the attached registered email ID. Other than that, not much interaction for the support as my admin team takes care of that, but whatever support we request is always quick and fast.

Financial processes like general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and order management are not much used by me as an employee of the company. I use it for timesheet management, reviewing my historical time spent on various projects, keeping track of my daily hours, and hours spent on customers with detailed inputs.
Sage Intacct is easy to use tool for timesheet fill-up, keeping track of employee's hours and whereabouts, and historical stats can be found easily of where employee efforts are going into. Consolidated data can be fetched for admin users and for all the employees in one shot. Very useful and time-saving in one go.
