Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is the sole accounting and the main financial reporting system used for the company. There are 4 LLCs that make up the company all using Sage Intacct as their main accounting system.

The program is definitely nuanced in a way that requires familiarization with its structure and terminology to understand how to navigate it.
At times, support requests have gone unanswered or taken too long to receive a resolution. Other times, it seems the support agents don't place your ticket in priority.

We have benefited from consolidated and streamlined financial processes, specifically around cash receipts and bank reconciliations.
Mid-to-large size companies would benefit from using Sage Intacct. The dimensions function is extremely useful when segmenting different reporting structures within the business and allows the data to be viewed through different lenses to facilitate more detailed reporting.
