Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is being used across our whole company. We use it to request reimbursement for mileage as well as reimbursement for food/ supplies related to work expenses. It addresses the issue of how to organize our expenses and ensure payment to staff. Additionally, Sage Intacct keeps a history of all of my expenses that have been submitted and approved which is helpful when trying to recall if I need to look back to confirm if an expense had been entered or not.
- Easy to use site for staff.
- When expenses are routed to management for review, this process also works well and allows for management to easily review requests.
- When entering expenses you can enter multiple expenses under one submission.
- I can't think of any major issues.
- I think the home page should have an easier to find button to click on to enter expenses.
- It would be nice to not have to move the cursor over to be able to see all of the columns that I need to enter within an expense form.
- I'm not too sure on this but I would say that Sage has been helpful in keeping all of our expenses organized and accounted for.
- As a pilot program with federal funding, it is important to have an easy to use site like Sage to document how we are using our funds.
- Sage Intacct has had a positive impact in being able to show expenses for auditing purposes.

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
Since I don't work in our accounting department, I am unable to actually answer this question. That being said, our accounting team has always talked positively about Sage Intacct so I can assume that the automation of the core financial process has been beneficial to our team in terms of keeping things organized.
I have not evaluated any other programs comparable. I have had to enter mileage and expenses on Excel documents in past positions and then wait to get reimbursed. This was problematic because I did not have one central place to go and look back at all my past expense submissions.
