Thoughts from a new hire
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is a wonderful tool for all of our AR, AP, Payroll, and accounting needs. We use it for all of our "back office" work, order entry/invoice creating, AP, and AR. We use it monthly for timesheets for payroll. We use the CRM features when we need to contact clients for billing and some correspondence. We can create reports for record-keeping or for marketing campaigns.

- Ease of creating reports.
- Copying invoices seems to be more complicate than it should.
- A few quirks when creating timesheets and the pay week is over two months.
- Saves time
- Keeps our accounting team organized.
- Promotes teamwork

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
Yes, we use this automation daily and it is very helpful! It saves time and minimizes human errors. We do not have a need to use it for order management. But, we definitely appreciate the automation for general ledger work, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable! Having the information at your fingertips and easily accessible is very nice and really saves time and cuts down on frustration. Especially, for growing companies or companies with a larger accounting team!
- Sage Business Cloud X3 (formerly Sage ERP X3)
Sage X3 has many options and features that are wonderful. But, we needed something that was more economical and was a bit more simple. We still wanted something that had a lot of features and automation. Sage Intacct is a better option for smaller companies or companies that don't have a lot of orders and production. We decided Sage Intacct was the best option for us!
