Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is being used across a few departments for financial statements and coordination between departments.

Pros and Cons

Most things work fast--don't have to spend time waiting for things to load
Everything has links to direct you to the source--easy to follow the flow of information
Can add and subtract in boxes--easy computing

Some things are slow, like loading and exporting reports
Wish I could search using any keyword and not have to know how the name begins; the search functionality looks from left to right, so if you don't know how the item you are searching begins, it will be hard to find
Wish I was able to edit some things after they are posted; some items, like bank fees and bank transfers, can only be reversed and reposted

Return on Investment

I am not really involved with the company business objectives, but things run smoothly and are clear to follow.

Usability

Easy to figure out. I came new to the company and was able to get the hang of things quite quickly, as the layout is very intuitive and user friendly.

Support Rating

I haven't ever needed to contact support! That speaks for itself.

Sage Intacct Automation

We have implemented a level of automation, but I am not directly involved with that.

Sage Intacct is well suited for people who need a program that is accessible anywhere as it is SaaS. It is great for the finance departments of healthcare companies, and I'm sure it would suit other sectors as well. It's also nice for a company that has a few teams in different locations that must collaborate.
