Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Intacct is being used in Corporate Accounting only, it address the the need for financial reporting along with A/R, A/P and GL reports on the Corporate level.

Pros and Cons

Very user friendly.
Customizable options are very helpful in reporting and recording.
Entering data is easy.

More flexibility in changing some scopes in reports.
More individual options that help each company respectively.

Sage Intacct Automation

We have definitely benefited from these financial processes, it have help us to create invoices and manage A/R reports in record timing.

We have customized modules for billings and commissions that have helped us improve accuracy and efficiency tremendously.

Sage Intacct Configuration

I would rate Intacct a 5, it is very easy to configure views, and reports. If help is needed you can access the help menu with ease. The vendor also helps a lot as well.

Intacct is all around well suited for the bottom line entering and recording data. If there is a large amounts of data that needs to be entered, for one person, Intacct saves incredible amounts of time.
When I am having issues, it is a more complicated to get them fixed, however, but this does not happen often.

If you want accuracy, efficiency and reporting with ease, Sage Intacct aims to please!
