Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use it anytime we order medical or office supplies. We do not have any problems with it. Once we put out info of what we ordered into Intacct and download the confirmation, Operations approves it.

Pros

  • Keeps track of all of our orders.
  • Easy way to send our orders to corporate for them to approve.
  • Very easy to use.
  • Keeps a good audit trail.
  • Creates and saves for future reference.

Cons

  • For some reason we are to put the total amount in Quantity and 1.00 in Amount. I don't quite understand why.
  • Otherwise it is a great program.
  • Reports /Pros.
  • Tracking/Pros.
  • Easy to use/Pros.
  • Audit Trail/Pros.
  • Dashboard/Pros.
  • Expensive/Cons.

Love the import function to easily import invoices, bills, journal entries and update data. Intacct has performed wonderfully with all of our clients. It is able to handle a big work loads. Intacct is very strong in reporting. l Love the import function to easily import invoices, bills, journal entries and update data.load with little to no issues. The finance department loves Intacct for its versatility and easy to use. Sage Intacct is well suited for nonprofit industries.. It track information easily.
