Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is currently being used with in entire accounting department. It has been a life saver during the Pandemic. It has provided seamless transition to those needing to work remotely.
Pros
- Reporting capabilities are endless.
- Filtering provides the full picture in many ways.
- Being Cloud based makes for easy transition to being remote.
Cons
- Custom report writing is complicated.
- It often times out.
- It would be helpful if it had a pop up feature to add notes to bills/vendors.
- It has allowed us to consolidate our division in a manageable way.
- We have expanded our team with ease.
- The reporting has allowed for real time vision on where things stand.
We have slowly but surely built up our automation capabilities because of Sage Intacct. We hope to look for more of it in the future!
We have multiple divisions and appreciate the core set of financial capabilities that can potentially be extended with more advanced modules.
We used outside services because the configuration was difficult. It has taken time to adjust many things to get it to where it is customized for us.
