Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Ozarks Community Health Center is a Community Health Center, providing medical, dental and behavioral healthcare. We recently transitioned to Sage Intacct from a much older, less sophisticated platform and so far we are extremely [pleased] with our decision to use Sage Intacct in our accounting department. We use the platform as the accounting system for our entire organization.
The capabilities of the system are endless. We are now able to drill down on department and location level expenses in a fraction of the time it took in our old system.
We added the project management module to help track the multiple federal, state and private grants we receive.

- Expenses can be tied to individual employees within the system
- Project Tracking allows for more efficient management of grants for our organization
- Bank Reconciliations can be automated
- Reporting writing can be a challenge
- The Canned Reports are lacking
- No ability to review entries before they are posted
- Significantly reduced the amount of time to track certain items outside of the system
- Allows for more efficient expense tracking
- Comparing budget-to-actual is a much easier process
The automation of these modules is a huge benefit to our organization. Myself (CFO) and one staff accountant are responsible for the financial recording and reporting and greatly appreciate the time this saves us, which allows us to use this time on other vital tasks.
