Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used for AP and finance/accounting.
  • Organized information.
  • Clarity.
  • Help is always available.
  • Not enough options when pulling reports.
  • Live help chat feature.
  • Display menu on the home page.
  • Efficiency.
  • Accuracy.
  • Timeliness.
This is one of the biggest ways Sage Intacct is used in our organization. It has definitely helped speed up the process and make our jobs as accountants easier.
We have two separate entities and Sage Intacct has been great about going back and forth between these entities.

Sage Intacct is a well-put-together system to support finance and accounting functions. They offer multiple opportunities for training including videos, hands-on simulations, and support contact. The accounting and finance reports are available in various formats so an individual can easily manipulate the necessary data. Overall, it's a great system.
