Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is used for over 100 clients in my company. we use it for AP and Accounting. Our monthly financials are created by Intacct and we reconcile our banks there as well. My first accounting job trained me in Intacct and I have been using it ever since. I find it easy to use and clear.
- Reconciling the bank is simple to do on Intacct - with everything you posted showing up to reconcile.
- Importing transactions for the billing software helps make things move more quickly.
- You can search bills for a vender or amount very easily.
- When searching for an amount for a bill you need to put in the exact numbers to the decimal in order for the search to work.
- When reconciling a bank if the bank is set up to be attached it takes a long time to match transactions to the amounts in the bank. its quicker to do it without matching.
- When a bill is paid with a CC you can no longer edit it.
- It shows us the PPD - which is important for nursing homes to see how much money they are making per day for each payer.
This has been very helpful. We use the general ledger all the time and the automation makes everything go quicker and take less time.
