Sage Intacct for Smaller Businesses
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use it in Finance & Accounting, but it doesn't interact well with Salesforce or our internal PlatformOne system.
Pros
- Ability to take payments without being complicated.
- Ability to customize reporting.
- Ability to customize user layout.
Cons
- Adding the ability to add check copies to payments would be great.
- If it allowed integration with salesforce & other systems.
- A better collections module where a report can be run using customer notes would be most helpful.
- It is an upgrade over QuickBooks (which was used before Sage Intacct).
- It has been difficult to build reporting that easily accommodates multi-entity, multi-currency while providing me all the fields I require without using multiple reports to build my required reports.
- There isn't a known report for collections that integrates customer notes to an AR Aging Report.

- SAP CRM, Oracle CRM and Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Discontinued)
Sage Intacct is an upgrade from Dymanics, but not up to speed with SAP or Oracle.
