Sage intacct for use in medium and large businesses
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I have used Sage [Intacct] products across multiple companies, and find that Sage Intacct is more efficient and user-friendly than many other ERP systems. Within Sage Intacct, we used multiple modules and aspects including accounts payable, cash management, and fixed assets. I find that there is a lot to be desired in the fixed asset module as there are a lot of glitches, however, it is still better than a manual asset ledger and manual depreciation.
Pros
- AP Module invoice searches
- General ledger auto-reversal entries
- General ledger journal entry import
- Fixed asset import
Cons
- fixed asset depreciation detail
- depreciation schedules
- lack of capital lease accessibility for schedules
- has aided in our collection and overall asset register
The automation of [the] general ledger has benefited our business as it allows for monthly re-occurring entries with auto-reversing.
