Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use I[Sage} ntacct as our accounting system for GL, A/P, A/R and for cash management.

Pros and Cons

Import Data from other systems
Customization of reports

Some suggestions posted to their community board that have a lot of upvotes take far too long to implement.
Bank feed for cash management is very intermittent, and Intacct won't deal with it [from my experience]. They say it is due to their 3rd party provider, and 3rd party provider says it's the bank... in any case, [Sage] Intacct should be the one dealing with it.

Positive, we can manage our business with fewer staff.

We use recurring invoicing, billing, and journal entries very heavily.

[Sage] Intacct has many great features, and it does add new features regularly. Communication on the new features is very good with detailed instructions and some videos. For us, I[Sage] Intacct greatest feature is the ability to import transactions from other systems.
