Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

The solution to accounting. For invoices management receipt entry. Quotations sending. Project management on a revenue basis. It is great in the management of electronic taxation. We also apply it in reporting on different aspects. Sending and confirming receipt receiving on order entry. Journal entry for easy accounting of ledgers. Simple tool than all.

Pros

  • Sales management on accounts receivable and payable to control sales.

Cons

  • Sage Intacct version is not well supported on all dashboards more so on Android mobile phones.
  • Better accountability with transparent auditing.
  • It is not expensive so works well for small enterprises quite perfectly.
  • Fast and automatic in saving so much time.
The importance of managing accounts to control cash flows in and out. It is a good way to control what the business is expecting to receive and what it is expected to send out. Then come to ledger entry for easy bookkeeping in a digital environment for better auditing and report creation.
The projects are well handled planned for the resources to spend and the time to take in accomplishing that. Taking contracts from different sources and managing revenue from the authorities. The organization has benefited well in global consolidations and seeking advice from other businesses of the same caliber. It just serves very well.
We were able to configure Sage Intacct on our own with much ease. It's easy to install with directions to follow and manage with the resources planned from Number one in the best configuration mode. It is not supported on all mobile phones or windows but on any desktop it's easily configured.

On small enterprises, it handles most accounting. Any cash flow control is one to go for expenses control and sales balancing. For better auditing, it's always good to cross-check any cash in and cash out. For better relationships with clients it's good to follow up on invoices and for better marketing .. pricing and quotations should be sent with ease.
