Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Intacct for almost every step in the accounting process. Its easy-to-use system and user-friendly interface make it a pleasure to work with. In the slight chance of a problem, their customer service team is easy to reach, and efficient at finding and removing the problem. Thank you!

Pros

  • Easy to pay bills
  • Easy to edit bills after posting
  • Has the option to draft a bill until it's ready to be posted

Cons

  • multiple steps to pay a bill by record transfer
  • a little complicated to undo a record transfer
  • no other complaints!
  • Only positive so far!!
I did not have to configure the system but it seems pretty user-friendly.

Sage Intacct is well suited for almost any scenario I can think of. I have already recommended it to multiple people who after hearing about it from me are working on switching over to it. It is reliable, constantly being updated, and is very rarely down or has problems. It's a great program.
