Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct for all of our billing processes. Quarterly and Monthly invoices are sent through here, as well as all receivables and services. It addresses the issues of having several account interfaces created, and allows us all to access every account without issues.
Pros
- Stores data
- Convenient interface for storing clients within different parts of the company
- Templates for invoices
Cons
- No ability to edit existing invoices. They must be deleted or retracted, then the process must begin again. For example. If a bill a client 29.99, but I receive 29.97 because of settling issues, I cant go modify the initial invoice, and have to go through all these hoops to fix the issue
- I wish I had a way to view all invoices in one place, without having to search by client, based on data recently entered. This could just be a lack of education on my part as I am a new user.
- There are too many steps to do basic functions. I came from quickbooks which was highly intuitive and easy to use. This is just too large for what I use it for, and I cannot seem to navigate it easily.
- Still trying to determin
- It makes my work load more cumbersome and monotonous.
- I do like being able to see all clients across all departments within one system
