Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Our business does financials for many nursing homes, and Sage Intacct allows us to handle the financials for many facilities simultaneously with its user-friendly format and efficient method of keeping everything organized. We use Intacct to keep track of our vendors and their tax information, our banks and cash flow, all of our bills that need to be processed and paid, and many other aspects of the job.

Pros

  • Intacct is very useful for keeping on top of bank activity with its up-to-date bank reconciliation.
  • I find that the vendor setup is very clear and detailed.
  • The way that Intacct is able to run detailed reports of all different types is extremely helpful.

Cons

  • I find that Intacct is servicing my needs very well!
  • They could add a tab where external users are able to approve invoices that pass through.
  • Overall, they are a great program!
  • Intacct has done a great job keeping on top of our bills!
  • Intacct has allowed us to generate reports to review our financials.
  • Overall, I have a very positive experience with Intacct!
Intacct has unique processing capabilities that benefit our business in that they allow us to do things straight on the program as opposed to having to do it all in a separate program which would be way more time-consuming as well as more complex. Our business has greatly benefitted from the automation of all these systems!
I haven't really used more than the basics that Sage Intacct has to offer.
Sage Intacct has been incredibly helpful in aspects of configuration. being that I am relatively new to this field, and I have not been using this program for such a long time yet, I have as of yet not utilized all that Sage Intacct has to offer, yet I am looking forward to [utilizing] this in the future.

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

Yes

Intacct is highly suitable for most basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. It does these tasks and maintains a record of them in a very clear and organized fashion. In a sense of processing actual invoices, we use the program called Stampli, which allows us to have someone code that invoices for us, and then send it to external users for approval, after which we authorize it for payment. Intacct is where we do the subsequent steps.
