Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

[Sage] Intacct is used for invoicing, bill entry, project tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Order entry transactions
  • Email templates
  • Assigning company logo at each entity level (currently unable to)
  • Assign default email template for multiple entities (entity level)
  • Clients have reached out and requested that invoicing emails include our company logo - [Sage] Intacct sadly does not support this and is a simple feature for multi-entity invoicing that should be supported.
Applying [for] bill payments in [Sage] Intacct is seamless and easy to navigate too.
The multi-entity consolidation has been helpful to our company overall. There are minor areas that would make this an even better experience.
[Sage] Intacct is pretty straightforward to configure however, there were times that vendor support intervened and assisted with particular requests.

The multi-entity environment is overall helpful. However, there are areas that need some improvement. The most simple area [is] that there is currently no support for assigning individual/entity level company logos. This feature would help clients better distinguish spam emails from our invoices sent out.
