Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use General Ledger and Cash Management for daily revenue reporting and bank reconciliations. I don't have any current business problems other than as a new client learning the system. [The] support staff has been extremely helpful and prompt in addressing concerns.

Pros and Cons

Allowing adjustments of posted activity
Bank recs are extremely user friendly
support is always available and much appreciated
online help is easy to navigate

Being able to sort GL Report data by amount (low to high)

Return on Investment

I'm hoping once we've updated all our other software that everything will communicate (admissions, payroll, etc.) efficiently to streamline posting processes.

Sage Intacct Automation

As a new user I can't say I see benefits over our previous software.

It was very confusing to me and completely different (terminology, etc.) than anything I've worked with. I was not directly involved in the configuration process.

As a very new user, it's hard to say how Sage [Intacct] is suited better (or not) than our previous provider. For me, it's more getting used to how to navigate in the suite.
