Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use General Ledger and Cash Management for daily revenue reporting and bank reconciliations. I don't have any current business problems other than as a new client learning the system. [The] support staff has been extremely helpful and prompt in addressing concerns.
- Allowing adjustments of posted activity
- Bank recs are extremely user friendly
- support is always available and much appreciated
- online help is easy to navigate
- Being able to sort GL Report data by amount (low to high)
- I'm hoping once we've updated all our other software that everything will communicate (admissions, payroll, etc.) efficiently to streamline posting processes.
As a new user I can't say I see benefits over our previous software.
