We use Intacct as our day to day accounting software. It allows for a user friendly experience in order to serve our internal and external stakeholders.

We have benefited from the automated GL, A/P and A/R; however, sometimes it appears that the sub-ledgers duplicate entries on the GL. The automation of the accounting process is a great feature but can be over complicated and Intacct allows that to occur. My assumption is that with automation comes ease of recording and reporting; however, in the development of a customized platform those complication in workflow should be identified and questioned.

Yes, we use the dashboard's. The dashboards have allowed for quick view into our A/R, A/P and cash on hand.
