Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct from Sales Order to cash. We are integrated with salesforce and Varstreet to move from those opportunities into Sage Intacct. Sage Intacct's reporting is lackluster and almost non-present whatsoever. We have to have our IT department outsource report building via SQL and other metrics buried in Sage with no help from the Sage team. In my opinion, Sage Intacct is not very forgiving. Every ERP I have used, mistakes are easily fixed. In Sage, if something is done it is very difficult to undo and fix any mistakes.
- Credit Card processing
- Sales order processing
- Invoice payment
- Cash reconciliation
- Report building
- Cash application
- Made everything more difficult than it's ever been.
In my opinion, I have not witnessed a single piece of this "automation". We actually joke and call it "manual automation" because almost every step needs manual intervention. Quickbooks is a better platform than Sage Intacct and that is a dinosaur of an ERP.
