Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct to monitor our more than 50 grants and contracts. We moved away from quickbooks because we were at max usage of the system. I had previously used Intacct at my former employer and loved the cloud based system. The type of work I now do was very primative, by adding Sage Intacct not only did it make us feel more inline with the current market, it also helped us manage all systems better.
- Reporting is a breeze. Once the reports are created it us super easy to use them on a monthly basis
- Dashboards - Give employee users a quick insight of how their spending is going.
- Real time Data - we are able to see real time data with this system.
- Sage Intacct could make it natively be able to pull attachments out just by running a GL detail instead of having to create a separate report.
- Its allowed us to close much faster
- Made the bank reconciliation that much quicker
- made getting our monthly billing done more rapidly
Our organization has had great success with usage of all these systems. We have been able to allow our employees to have and use a system they are proud to use.
Sage intacct has allowed our agency with our multiple different entities to all be under one umbrella. Before when we had quickbooks each of these would need to be managed in their own quickbooks file on a remote server. now we can do intercompany entries that no longer need use to log out of one system and into another.
