Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is used for our company's accounting. We used a different system for the budget because the Sage budget process is not great. Outside of the budget, Sage has been great software for all other uses. I do wish there was a way to pull a report with all AP images.

Sage Intacct Automation

We definitely have benefitted. The system is user-friendly and the reports have the ability to show what we need. It would be nice to adjust the core reports.

Sage Intacct Configuration

The Sage Intacct configuring was a lot of work. The weekly meetings with Sage were very helpful. I do feel we should have been informed a little more about the process or how the system works.

Alternatives Considered

The prior one we used was Jenark, it is not listed, but Sage is more user-friendly. Everything about Sage is better!

Likelihood to Recommend

When Sage releases new updates, it's very informative, but sometimes the releases affect other things in Sage, and processes break.
