Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct to pay bills and keep track of our accounts payable. Overall, I find it very easy to use. I am able to post and print checks and run reports at the end of the year. I have a choice of pre-formatted reports or I can customize my own. For the most part this software runs like it's supposed to, however recently I've been having issues with adding attachments to the bills. I contacted Sage about this and they opened a ticket, and said it had been escalated to engineering, however it's been a week now and the issue has not yet been resolved. I would give this software a 10/10 if it were not for the outstanding trouble ticket and that it has yet to be resolved.
- Printing checks.

- Technical Support -- It Takes much longer than expected to resolve issues.
- Intuitive report builder -- Sometimes difficult to set up reports.
- Easy to keep track of expenses.
- Can easily review expenses based on vendor or amount.
Our organization has not used the automation features offered by Sage. We stick to using it for paying bills and running year-end reports, but these processes are done manually.
We are a small church with a staff of less than 10, so we have not used the enterprise features of Sage.
