Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use Sage Intacct to manage suppliers, raise purchase orders, and manage spend and budgets.
- Reporting
- Easy to use interface
- Purchasing - improved templates and the ability to use data fields from the created items section
- Purchasing - better information around created items
- Ability to flag PO's for deletion but not remove completely - there for info only
- Use of GL codes against items
- Addition of more detail into PO eg who the item is for, contract duration dates, open orders, ability to reserve a PO no. and then complete later
- Ability to track Purchase orders

I've used SAP in 4 other businesses and was a super user. SAP is very in-depth and easy to use, and it's that depth of package that makes SAP an excellent product. Comparing Sage Purchasing with SAP, SAP is superior, but Sage Intacct can become as good by using some of those elements that SAP utilises.
