Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I enter invoices to be paid and I also review invoices and credit card authorization to approve.

Pros and Cons

It has plenty of options to select from
It lets you know when you don't have the proper funding in your budget to enter an invoice
Easy to read

Doesn't notify me once my request are approved or going to get paid
Too many areas to input for an invoice #, message and other

I don't oversee returns or investment and can't answer that question

Sage Intacct Automation

Far as I can see with my director position. Things get paid and itemized very easily. I enter invoices and approve them with no complications.

I was not apart of configuring the system and only have been employed for two years. Not sure who was in charge to configure the system. I had to learn hands on and it took some time to figure out due to repetition.
