Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I am an FC for a SME in Civil Engineering, we have been using Sage Intacct for around 18 months.

We had have rapid growth over a short period of time and needed an accounts system to keep up with our growth.

We decided on Sage Intacct as it gave us all the requirement we needed. Implementation ran smoothly and we were able to report on the different aspects of our business easily.

  • AP, easier to asses old items
  • AR, easier to process and chase debt
Our business has benefited from automation by making our core financial processes more automated.

Have links between certain modules i.e accounts receivable and cash management more efficient on a day to day basis.

This automation has made us more efficient on a daily basis. Also cutting down the number of working days at our month ends.
Configuring the system was extremely straight forward. We were assigned a team of consultants who heled us determine how we wanted to configure the system. Also they 'held our hand' in taking us through the procedure and the update of the core systems in the way we wanted them to work.

Cost centre reporting is easily created within Sage Intacct and extremely useful with the suite of reports.

Also writing new reports is intuitive and there is a good help network to call on as necessary.

The cash management system is easy to use, however help in adding a new bank account is lacking and more assistance would be helpful
