Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We'd been using Sage Intacct primarily as a bookkeeping tool, but have recently been restructuring our accounting dimensions to have a more robust picture of the company. Sage Intacct has the capacity to allow multiple department budgets with differing funding streams, and use of sub-dimensions will allow us to get multiple views of intersecting projects over time.
Pros
- Create detailed reports
- Potentially automating AP
- Duplicating entries is a time-saver
Cons
- Reporting can be difficult to set up
- Small glitches with Vendor and Customer names on invoices
- Consolidating the data from multiple departments has been very helpful to see the complete financial picture
