Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct as our ERP system and process Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Fixed Assets, journal entries, Grants, Contributions, dashboards, and a wide array of statistical data to create metrics and analyze performance.
Pros
- quick access to detailed information
- ability to build robust metrics on dashboards
- dimensions allow our organization to have clarity
- dynamic allocations support our functional expense reclassifications
Cons
- I would like the visualizations for dashboards and reporting to be part of the main package and not an add on
- We have increased our ability to understand our organization and respond to questions about the financials more accurately and quickly.
- We are able to create custom location groups to report on impact in a particular county or city.
- Our auditors pull their own reports and data each year instead of our team pulling dozens of files and statements.
- Dynamic allocations is used extensively for our organization and it works very well
- We have increased compliance with our grants and restricted contributions
- Purchasing controls and visibility are increased
We have scheduled dozens of reports to auto issue upon general ledger close, we have automatic recurring entries, We built a lot of metrics and reports to replace excel.
We have multi entity and that is the only feature in this list we engage with.
