Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud
Salesforce is being used across the entire organization. This is the main CRM for sourcing and organizing all of the accounts received by the sales team. It lets sales representatives know exactly where they stand in terms of statistics and goals. The main problem it addresses is confusion when it comes to picking up exactly where you left off the day before.
- Provides a visual breakdown of daily activity
- Gives detailed analytics to your day to day progress
- Allows sales representative to see exactly where they stand in comparison to their peers
- I guess the ability to add color coordination in the bar graphs so it's easier to find your name
- A better way to solely focus on your progress and cut out everyone else
Salesforce Analytics Cloud was chosen by the higher ups and I had no say in it. And it's really the only analytics tool we use. But from what I have heard from my co-workers, the Salesforce Analytics Cloud is by far the best in its class. But I have not personally used any other similar products.
