Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

It is used across the whole organization to facilitate customer outreach and contact and drives sales. It helps a company understand its business performance in a whole new way. I find it to be the most user-friendly platform that I have encountered as CRM has made its way into the business world.

Both platforms are more than capable of providing end-users with the ability to customize and extend their application through an extensive ecosystem of 3rd party vendors to further enhance either Salesforce or NetSuite investment. I find Salesforce to be more user friendly, intuitive, and easier to use than other platforms as a whole.

Overall, an intuitive, user friendly software. I find the new Lightning version to function a bit slower than the older version, and not as user friendly.
Supportive in facilitating customer outreach and contact and to drive and maximize sales. It helps a company understand its business performance in a whole new innovative way. I find it to truly be the most user-friendly platform that I have encountered as CRM has made its way into the business world.
Some specific scenarios where I truly believe that Salesforce .com is well suited as a Customer Relations Software is integration with other software platforms that our company, and I imagine, any other company has also implemented that are already elemental to the performance standards that are set and must be met.
