Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com
I have been using Salesforce.com for two years. During those years I am very grateful that I didn't experience any difficulties while using Salesforce.com. Yes, sometimes there are some scenario but during those days it was because there is new update that the Salesforce.com are working for.
Pros
- The new update are very helpful.
- Very easy to use
- Very detailed.
Cons
- I hope there will be more update coming soon for improvement.
- I never experience any difficulties during the two years I've been using Salesforce.com
- I am glad there is no any missing functionality while using Salesforce.com even during update.
- Positive impact for the business owner, its not hard on their part to train their employee how to use the Salesforce.com
- Positive impact for the employee, it will make them do their job very quick and easy.
- As of now I don't see any negative impact from the business owner and employee. I hope in the future there will be no challenges while using Salesforce.com
We are also currently using Citrix Gateway from our work. Actually, both Salesforce.com and Citrix Gateway we are using them at the same time. They were both easy to navigate, to use and it really helpful on the field of my work. There is no any issue or problem using both Salesforce.com and Citrix Gateway.
