Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick)
CPQ is used by all the sales teams to generate quotes for clients and to facilitate contract creation
- Quick creating of quotes for clients
- Seamless integration with Salesforce
- Checking product pricing for own reference
- Tends to be a bit 'buggy' at times and doesn't always work 100% of the time
- Because I can create quotes and contracts faster it frees up time for me to be more productive
- Accurate pricing on contracts and less mistakes
I can't comment here as I have not used others
