Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

The platform is our sales console, absolutely all relevant information is processed here, I am constantly updating information about new opportunities, updating the status of ongoing opportunities and even searching for old opportunities to recontact. As a sales developer, my main task is to feed the sales pipeline of commercial executives with new opportunities.

  • It could improve its integration with WhatsApp business
  • They could improve in the management of processing duplicate leads
  • The impact is definitely positive to the point of being indispensable for our sales operation.
  • Growth is accompanied by the performance of the sales team
I fully support the idea that Saleforce is created to improve sales productivity, this platform facilitates the commercial process and saves it in the cloud, at the complete disposal of the entire team, to make the best decisions and achieve the maximum possible profitability. It even becomes essential to operate, since this platform changes the rules of the game, from how commercial processes were operated before to how they are operated now.
This platform is superior in many ways, being able to integrate other platforms at the same time to unify management. Also, the user experience is superior, the design is friendly and allows one to work without problems and find everything in a friendly way and save time, above all improve the process.

It is suitable for large companies with a high sales flow and a specialized sales team. I do not consider it advisable for small companies, especially if they do not have the sales process defined, it could even be if they project high growth, however, Salesforce Sales Cloud costs are high and they would have to evaluate if it is profitable over time.
