Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Salesforce Spiff is great tool that helps in commission calculations. I have saved a large amount of hours previously invested in excel data from different sources. Now it all gets clear and sales reps have full access to their monthly numbers, making everyone happy and avoiding unnecessary calls to evaluate how much is the correct amount.

It is great tool, as every software it needs a bit for improvement. For this particular case I would say reporting tools and dashboards would be a good starting point.

Also, it helps with perspective regarding the commission forecast and commission accrual. Sales reps love it, simplifies the job for sales ops and finance as it links with Salesforce and accounting softwares.
