Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Spiff
We use Spiff to show commissions of the Sales and Customer Success teams. Sales gets a monthly update in Spiff of their expected commissions, and the CS team gets a quarterly update.

It makes it easier and more visible to all users of how they are being commissioned for the applicable period. You can easily verify the math being used in the tables underneath to ensure that everything is correct and nothing is being left out or miscalculated.
I have not used any other products that are similar to Spiff before.
