Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

My company deployed it to help aid in our sales, marketing, and lead acquisition. SAP Analytics was deployed to our entire marketing department who passed down results and integrated it to help employees meet their goals and expand their reach in the world of sales. It addresses the problem of lead acquisition, an overcrowded market that has a lot of pull from various companies.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Integrates well.
  • Good price.

Cons

  • Terrible UI.
  • Shaky integration with Salesforce.
  • Support for SAP is not great.
  • Negative: We lost some leads due to this program as it was not reporting correctly.
  • Negative: We lost reach due to this program not working efficiently or integrating with our third parties.
  • Positive: We did enjoy a 2% increase in sales.
Salesforce really does it well and is a prime recommendation for some of my reviews. A lot of people might think I have a preference but honestly, SAP is just outdated and didn't work for our team. Our team reported ease of use, easier reporting, easier lead prospecting, and our sales team enjoyed having the data to cull over.
Unfortunately, SAP only really works well with its own products. If you already have an SAP-ran business, then it could be for you. If you are outside of that and use various CRM or ERPs, then I suggest you look to other products.
