Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

It's in early use by the finance department. We are currently using it for business intelligence and enterprise planning.

Pros

  • Smart insights.
  • Advanced planning functions.
  • Augmented analytics.

Cons

  • URL can be hard to remember.
  • It works differently from our more commonly used Power BI, takes some getting used to.
  • Exposing models for consumption in other applications.
We are currently using Power BI primarily, and are using SAC primarily for planning at this point. Would be interested to explore more of the predictive and augmented analytics capabilities of SAC.
Good range of data sources, and ease of merging data.
Honestly, have not used this feature too much.
It's great for any organization that needs predictive and augmented analytics. Even in my small group, we find it incredibly useful.
