Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

We've been using SAP Analytics Cloud in our company for quite a while now. We started with the sales and marketing department, but now it is being used across the organization. It is very useful for creating meaningful reports from the extensive data coming in from various sources, and helps us in forecasting, which is a crucial part of the e-learning industry. Another great feature is that it helps us in managing data in real time.

Although it does require a decent amount of training, it works out perfectly. The analytics are unmatched and very insightful. The reports prepared are crisp and have now become a vital part of our daily sales and marketing team meetings. It has reduced the time and work burden significantly and enhanced productivity. It tends to lag when working with larger data, otherwise I would give it a perfect 10/10.

SAP Analytics Cloud is exceptionally well suited for performing deep analysis on data sets coming from multiple channels. It's an extremely helpful tool for carrying out predictive analysis and forecasting future business. Being on cloud, it requires a strong Internet connection at all times. It tends to get slow when dealing with large data sets.

We haven't required assistance or support, except when it was being implemented. The implementation was flawless, and the vendor support during the time was perfect. We haven't faced any problems since then.
