Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

SAP products are being used in the whole company, across many branches of the organisation. SAP Analytics Cloud has worked out pretty well for us and we have not faced any issues so far.

SAP HANA Cloud, Adobe Acrobat DC, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
SAP Analytics Cloud has been really good for us, only we find it a little costly.
Customer support is super fast and logical. Almost instant resolutions.
One main criterion for me is handset support, and SAP Analytics Cloud is perfectly harmonious with Android, so that is a major deal maker for me and my team. With cloud support, you can access your data on the go without any hassles. Being a product of SAP, it is also very secure so we don't have to worry about data frauds.
